People being at liberty to choose which relative they'd like, does not mean it is ethically or virtuously right; it merely substance that by law, they are at liberty to make up one's mind which partner they'd like. Furthermore, righteous as two dyes - once mixed - create one dye at the expense of both dyes, racial chemical analysis does the same. The very occurrence that mixed qualitative analysis seeks to promote, which is diversity, it destroys.
